We made a couple minor changes to the system.
First, based on client feedback, we updated the My Advertisements page and replaced the ad deletion to activate / de-activate. This is to prevent you from losing any of your ad descriptions.

Second, we redesigned the documents page to make it easier to see, and lay out the landlord documents. And to simplify the landlord document upload interface, now the upload is on the landlord details page.

Document Upload for a Landlord
We are excited to make it available to you a new feature: Auto Paperwork Generation.
With this new auto paperwork generation feature, you can upload your standard and custom documents/forms to YGL, and we will make it available to you within your YGL account. For example, you can automatically generate the lease and lead law from a deal, saving you and your agents time and effort, while minimizing errors.
Here is How It Works:
Step 1 – Send your document/form to us using the document generation request form.

Step 2 – YGL will process your document and make it available to you in your deals. You will then be able to select the document to be generated from a deal.

Step 3 – Once you select a document to be generated, a new window will open allowing you to make final modifications to the form inputs before generating the document.

Step 4 – When ready, click on the Generate button, it’ll generate your document in PDF format with the fields populated.

Why do I need to pay and how much?
Standard Forms are $40 each to setup. Custom Forms are $40 each + $6.50 per field. The reason for the setup fee is very simple. YGL needs to process and setup each document individually. For Custom Forms, this takes a good amount of time.
What’s Coming…
In the near future, we are planning to allow you share your deal with the applicants. The applicants will be able to check what’s missing from the deal, and to fill out and generate the necessary paperwork (Rental App, Lease, Lead Law, etc) online.
We have made a big re-design to the Dashboard. While the functionality remains the same, we re-arranged the columns and cleaned up the look and feel to make it easier to see. The new Agency Feeds design will allow us to make some important improvements in the future to keep you and your agents informed of what’s happening in your company.
And based on user request, we added the ability for you to upload a profile picture on the newly designed Dashboard. While the profile picture does not yet do much, we plan to add it to your ads and personal website in the near future to make them more personal.
New Dashboard Design
Based on client request, we added a Unique Identifier field to our deals feature. When you create/update a deal, you can now add your own company’s internal deal Id to YGL. This way, you can associate your deals in our system with your own accounting or tracking system.

We also added a Start Deal link to the Listing Details page. The new link will start a deal for this listing and pre-fill the fields based on the listing information.

Based on client feedback, we improved our map based listings search interface to make it more useful. We made the following improvements:
There are many more things we can do to make this interface more useful. Please feel free to give us your feedback as always.

We updated the On/Off Market Report with an improvement to allow you to filter the report to show only on market, pending or off market listings. You’ll find that the Legend section of the report has corresponding check boxes now. If you uncheck it, it’ll filter out the corresponding listings from the report.

Hello everyone, we just added the ability for you to upload your company logo into your account. With a logo uploaded, your ads and personal websites will look more professional. If you haven’t uploaded a logo yet, you can do so in the Agency Profile page. Only administrators have the right to upload logo for the company. Please see screen shots below for more information.

We also added the ability to update your account with agency broker and contact person’s information. Landlords often require this information before giving you access to their listings.

We also re-arranged the Listing Details page. Please see the screen shot below for more information. The reason we did it are as following:
1. The newly re-arranged page prints out much clearer.
2. The font size is increased slightly to make it easier on the eye.
3. Information flows better, which will give us the flexibility to add new features we have planned in the future.
