Many of you post ads for each other or have an admin who post for agents in the office. We have improved our system to make it easier for you to do that.
We made the following changes to the system:
1. Added a new permission / role for agent accounts called “Ad Poster”. An account needs this permission in order to see other agent’s advertisements.
2. Once an agent has the ad poster role, he or she will see a new drop down on the post ad page allowing him to select a different agent to post for. The page will auto refresh after a different agent is selected, loading his or her ad descriptions.
3. An ad poster can also post ads for other agents using the post all feature. We added the agent selection drop down to the “post all” page. It works the same way where the ad poster select an agent to post for. The ad poster can post one showing sheet for all your agents, or create different showing sheets for different agents.
4. Lastly the ad poster can also post another agent’s previous advertisements. In My Advertisements page, the ad poster will see a new agent drop down. Selecting a different agent will automatically load the selected agent’s advertisements. Then clicking on the “Post All” link will load the post all page with that agent’s previous advertisements to post.
