We added the ability to sort by name and age for the leads.

Based on our work this past weekend, we have added a new report to display Craigslist statistics on a daily basis. The report will show how many ads were posted total and broken down by category, beds and city/neighborhoods. It will also show min, max and medium rent based along with the those numbers. Hopefully this will help.

We improved our website integration to make the dots on the general map (the one that displays to the right of the search results) clickable. When you click on a dot, it’ll show information about the apartment in that location.

We’ve made a few minor improvements on the “Post All” feature. 1. We added a “Prev Listing” button. 2. Added a “Refresh” button. 3. Added the ability to select a listing from the list. (Clicking the listing on the left from the list will select it)

We have added two new template “BAI-1″ and “BAI-2″.

We have also reworked the HTML behind the standard template. Those templates have been posted a lot, and seems like they are having the most trouble going through Craigslist. We have lightened the HTML, tho they still look the same. This should make those template easier to post. Let us know how they work.

1. We added the setting for you to be able to anonymize or show the email address in a Craigslist ad. You can change the setting in your profile.

2. Added the address auto-suggest in the search bar.

3. We are now uploading your entire on-market database onto Hotpads.com.

Hello everyone, we added 3 new things to the system.

1. We added a single listing client sheet with the ability to print and email the sheet to a client. You can access this feature in the listing details page. The old multiple listings client sheet has also been updated with links to the individual listing client sheet.

2. We also added a very plain “Text” template. The purpose of this template is to make it look like the ad has been typed up by an actual person to make it look more personal.

3. We added an auto-complete feature to the landlord search field. Now as you type the landlord’s name, the list of possible matches will show up.

The photo watermarking has changed slightly. Now if you upload a small photo, we will only watermark the upper left corner, instead of both corners. For large photos, both corners are watermarked. This is to prevent small photos being blocked by the watermarking.

We have spent some time doing a broad based database optimization. You should notice the site run faster particularly in the following areas:

- Loading the Listings tab
- Searching for listings
- Opening showing sheets.
- Opening the Post All page.
- Loading the Documents tab.
